Meeting the Scottish Food Industry

I had the pleasure to meet Alice Biggins, Deputy Director for Food and Drink at The Scottish Government, Iain Baxter, CEO of Scotland Food & Drink, and Kathleen Stewart from Highlands and Islands Enterprise (who kindly took the photo).
 
Just as my mustard is only a small blob on a full plate but symolizes so much more, I am proud to be a small part of the Scottish food and drink industry... and that means a lot to me.
 

I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to wave my organic flag. I was able to express how much it means that everyone has reliable access to organic (and therefore nutritious) food, and that an organic food system supports also the environment, biodiversity and animal welfare.
