Herb and Mustard spread with Smoked Trout
Ingredients for 2-4
- 250 g Quark
- 1 small bunch each herbs up to your taste or what you can get
- 150 g Smoked Trout Fillet
- 3-4 tsp Sweet Delight Mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Strain the quark thourgh a fine sieve or cloth. Chop the herbs of your choice finely, except for some for garnish. Pull the trout to pieces and, except for a few pieces for garnish, mix carefully with the herbs, mustard and quark. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Arrange the spread and garnish with herbs and pieces of trout. Serve with a strong brown bread.
