Warden of Her Mustard Majesty's Fortress

Top with halved olives, a few red peppercorns and tips of rosemary in the gaps and this cone of feta and creamcheese is an unusual and delicious starter.
Ingredients
- 100 gr Feta cheese
- 100 gr Creamcheese
- 1 small shallot finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp mustard of your choice
Decoration
- Olives in half
- Red pepper corn or granate apple seeds
- sprig fresh rosemary
How-to
Mix all the ingredients together and shape them into a cone. I oiled a champagne flute and fill it with the mixture and let it cool for 1–2 hours; the 'cheese cone' should then come out easily. Decorate with olive halves. Fill any gaps with red pepper corns and rosemary needles.
Serving
Serve with crackers, freshly baked bread or whatever you can think of.
